User Content Permission Terms

At Sincere Naturals, we love hearing from you and seeing how you interact with our products.

These User Content Permission Terms (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy and general Site Terms of Use, apply when you upload content (e.g., pictures or reviews) to our sites, hashtags, or social media pages, or when you respond “yes” to a request from us to re-use your content.

1. Grant of Rights

By submitting or agreeing to allow us to use your content, you grant Sincere Naturals, our parent companies, affiliates, and third-party service providers (collectively “Sincere Naturals”) a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable license to use your video(s), photo(s), and/or other content posted online (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or other platforms) or tagged with #SincereNaturals or a Sincere Naturals campaign hashtag. This includes your social media handle, username, profile picture, caption, and any location information included in your content (“User Content”).

We may use your User Content in any media, including but not limited to:

- Our website and social media pages

- Digital and email newsletters

- Retailer and third-party websites

- Print materials and in-store displays

- Television and other broadcast media

Sincere Naturals may edit, modify, delete, adapt, translate, create derivative works, or otherwise use your User Content in any manner at our sole discretion.

2. Your Representations and Warranties

By submitting or agreeing to our use of your User Content, you represent and warrant that:

- You own all rights to your User Content.

- You have obtained permission from any person(s) appearing in the User Content to grant the rights herein.

- You are not a minor and have the legal authority to grant these rights.

- Your User Content is a true and accurate expression of your honest opinions and experiences with Sincere Naturals products.

- You have disclosed any receipt of free products, incentives, or compensation in connection with your User Content, as required by law.

3. Release and Indemnification

You release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Sincere Naturals and any person acting on our behalf from any liability related to the use of your User Content. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for intellectual property infringement, defamation, invasion of privacy, or violation of publicity rights.

4. Privacy and Personal Information

By providing User Content, you consent to Sincere Naturals’ collection and use of any personal information included in your submission, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes:

- The transfer of your personal information to locations worldwide.

- Sharing your personal information with affiliates or trusted third parties acting on our behalf.

By tagging content or providing personal information, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, and processing of your data in accordance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable data protection laws.

We may update these User Content Permission Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or submission of User Content after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
